Grew up traveling and living in different parts of the world, from New Zealand, to UK and Hong Kong, triggered Vivian’s interest in food and wine. On top of culinary training under Chef Meyes at the renowned NZSFW and of Michelin Chef Alain Ducasse. Vivian has also been conducting WSET classes in numerous institutes, hosting bespoke tasting events, wine workshops and staff training.
Vivian believes that every glass is an adventure, and that the joy of wine tasting can be greatly enhanced through sharing and cultivating wine knowledge.
Xi Xi grew up in America, got her first taste of Tequila in México City and the first drop of Sancerre while studying in Paris. With an inquisitive mind, plus degrees in geology, chemical engineering and multi-language skills, Xi Xi has travelled all over the world visiting vineyards and winemakers. She is keenly interested in the culture, history and science behind each wine and spirit.
Frances was born and raised in Hong Kong, she has been working in Food and Beverage industry for 8 years with 5 years working as a Sommelier in a private membership club. Throughout her career as a Sommelier, Frances always enjoys tasting different wines with clients and colleagues. She is very dedicated in her study of wine, which is motivated by her endless desire to unveil the stories behind every bottle.
Anson has extensive experience in the sake and wine industry, with sales, sourcing and brand management.Anson has profound passion for the history and culture surrounding sake and wine regions and look forward to sharing those fascinating stories and more… in class with you.
